![]() ![]() Nowadays many managers get stuck in carrying out their work. They are stressed out, cannot find the proper balance between work and private life and develop physical problems. Life Coaching is a discipline, in which elements from the corporate and sporting world are combined with personal development. This method of Personal Coaching has a specific structure with the focus on various aspects of your life: e.g. career, health, hobbies. Its principles are: self-directed learning, focus on solutions (not on problems), stretching and positive feedback. You become aware of why you are out of balance and discover tools to help you to be authentic in the workplace and the home. Your coaching generally takes 3 to 6 months, comprising weekly or fortnightly sessions over the phone or face to face. Are the complaints more physical or is a creative approach advisable, then Dance Coaching might be the correct strategy for recovering the balance between body and mind. Blockages will be broken down and obstacles overcome; you will feel the power within and take the space you really need. This results in: less stress, more energy and authenticity at work and in your personal life. The initial session is free and without any obligation.
Team Coaching Cooperation teams has its own issues. Members either don’t take the initative or walk over others; lacking the ability to work together. However their employer expects its workers to be cohesive, mobile, flexible and creative. ![]() MOBILE uses a physical-mental method with movement being the start point. Movement evokes body sensation (nice, uncomfortable, surprising) and that, in turn, gives insight into the theme. For example, you notice in a training session on teambuilding how openly you react to one person and how closed you are to another. There is a bodily experience, but movement also gives you information. Your experience in movement is a metaphor for the way you cooperate. The advantage of this integral approach is that the knowledge acquired sinks in. It becomes anchored in the body. Because of the involvement of your faculties: physical, mental, emotional, creative, the results are: being in tune with your body, clarity of mind and being communicative with your colleagues, so that proactive changes are possible. MOBILE has experience in workshops with local councils, education and welfare institutions, dealing with leadership styles, core quadrants and synergy.
